Visage Mobile, Inc., a San Francisco, Calif.-based provider of a SaaS enterprise mobility management (EMM) solution, received a strategic investment by Concur (NASDAQ: CNQR), a global provider of integrated travel and expense management solution.
Concur made the investment (whose amount was not disclosed) via the Concur Perfect Trip™ Fund.
Led by Bzur Haun, CEO, Visage provides software (MobilityCentral) that aggregates and organizes data about enterprise mobility spend, and the devices and users behind them. This is the third strategic initiative between the two companies, which had previously announced the integration of their core expense products followed by the launch of Visage MXP, an automated expense management solution that addresses the growing trend of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) mobility.
