Chef Dovunque, an Italian startup that provides biological food kits, raised €1.2m in funding.
The round was led Vertis Sgr, which invested €800k via Vertis Venture, with participation from a group of three investors, which committed €400k.
The company intends to use the funds to develop the platform and expand in Europe, United States, Australia, China and Japan.
Founded by President Antonio Ranaldo, Chef Dovunque selects biological ingredients, and then packages and supplies them to costumers in eco-friendly, measured kits to cook traditional courses of the Italian cuisine, mainly based on pasta.
