Race Yourself (Formerly GlassFit Exercise Games), a London, UK-based developer of a fitness app for Google Glass, raised £120k in equity crowdfunding.
83 investors acquired a 12% stake in the company via CrowdCube.
The company intends to use the funds to increase staff and complete the MVP ahead of a Kickstarter campaign in late 2013.
