Rage Frameworks, Inc., a Westwood, Massachusetts-based managed service provider of business process automation and big data solutions, received growth equity capital from Kayne Partners.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The company will use the proceeds to grow its business.
Founded by serial entrepreneur Venkat Srinivasan (Chairman and CEO) in 2006, Rage combines business process automation and big data analytics to delivers mission critical solutions to large enterprise clients via a technology platform on a subscription basis.
