Romans Group, a UK-based property services organization, has received an investment from private equity firm Bowmark Capital.
Bowmark Capital has backed Romans Group’s MBO by its management team.
Founded in 1987 and led by Peter Coles, Managing Director, Romans provides a comprehensive range of estate agency, lettings agency and associated property services to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. It currently has a network of 18 branches across Berkshire, North Hampshire and Surrey and a staff of around 450.
