Good.co, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a personality profile test for the workplace, raised $1.3m in seed funding.
Backers included Cloud Power Fund, The London Fund, Norwest Venture Partners, Playfair Capital and Talent Equity Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to build out its team and expand its features for employees, job-seekers, HR and recruiting.
Led by Samar Birwadker, CEO and co-founder, Good.co provides users with a psychometrics test to identify their professional archetype, assess their fit with managers, teams, companies and jobs, and provides a professional social graph to support team development and foster employee engagement.
It also offers insights to management, HR and recruiters for hiring, building effective teams and improving employee retention.
