Quorum, a San Jose, Calif.-based provider of one-click backup, recovery and continuity for the midmarket, raised $10m in Series C funding.
The round was led by Toba Capital with participation from Airtek Capital Group and angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand sales and marketing of its solutions, as well as to hire new engineers.
Led by Walter Angerer, a venture partner at Toba Capital, who joined as interim CEO, Quorum provides businesses with one-click backup, recovery, and continuity appliance and DRaaS solutions to safeguard their revenue, customers and reputation.
In addition, industry expert Paul Sallaberry will join the company’s board of directors.
