Talari Networks, Inc., a San Jose, CA-based provider of network reliability and business continuity solutions, raised $15m in Series D financing.
The round was led by new investor Four Rivers Group, with participation from existing investors Menlo Ventures and Silver Creek Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to pay off bridge loans and provide growth capital.
Led by CEO Emerick Woods, Talari has developed technology that improves the reliability and capacity of enterprise networks. It aggregates multiple diverse networks into a virtual WAN and continuously adapts traffic based on the availability and real-time quality of the network paths.
