21 Partners Holds First Close of Polish Fund at €60M

European private equity firm 21 Partners held the first close of its first Polish fund at €60m.

21 Concordia, a mid-market private equity fund, has been created in association with four Polish partners: Andrzej Mierzwa, Dariusz Górka, Marek Modecki, and Dawid Sukacz.
It has been supported by the European Investment Fund (EIF), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Polish Growth Fund of Funds (PGFF), an initiative supported by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) of Poland and by the same EIF.

Founded in 1992 by Alessandro Benetton, with over 50 professionals across offices in Treviso, Paris, Milan, Geneva and now Warsaw, 21 Partners typically acts as a lead equity investor in buy-out and growth capital transactions targeting SMEs in the Euro 50-200m enterprise value range.
