Maxwell Health Raises $6M in Series A Funding

The round was led by Vaizra Investments with participation from Catalyst Heath Ventures and existing investors Tribeca Ventures, Serious Change, Lerer Ventures, BoxGroup, and a number of angels.

Founded in 2012 by Veer Gidwaney, CEO, Maxwell Health provides small and medium businesses with a SaaS platform for creating and managing employee health plans, benefits and payroll. It enables the management of a wide array of HR functions, from onboarding to retirement planning. The service allows companies and employees to manage their full range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA administration, HRA/HSA, FSA and 401(k). A real-time dashboard offers benefits administrators and advisors the ability to track engagement and company spending.
