Stamplay won Hy! Demo in Berlin.
On 18 and 19 january, 2014, Hy! Demo invited eight European accelerator programs (TechStars, Seedcamp, Startupbootcamp, Startup Sauna, ProSiebenSat.1 Accelerator, hub:raum, Axel Springer Berlin, Plug & Play and Hardware Accelerator) to discuss with journalists, entrepreneurs and investors and to present startups in their portfolios.
A total of 24 startups pitched during the event.
Showcased by Seedcamp, Rome, Italy- and London, UK-based Stamplay provides a platform that features intelligent components to allow users to create web applications by connecting social networks and online services without having to know a programming language.
Co-founded by Nicola Mattina and Giuliano Iacobelli, the startup also opened the beta to the public. Interested people can test the platform at this address: https://editor.stamplay.com
The company, which has already raised €150k (read here), is seeking to raise a similar sum ($150k) to add components and integrate more services while building more traction.
