Docurated, a NYC-based provider of a document management platform that transforms file storage solutions like SharePoint, Box and Dropbox and file servers into searchable and actionable content, closed a $3.75m Series A financing round.
The round was led by Rogers Venture Partners (RVP) whose General Partner Voytek Siewierski joined Docurate’s board with participation from existing investors.
The company intends to use the funds to add sales and marketing resources as well as technical staff to further enhance search intelligence, mobile capabilities, collaboration features and expand file storage vendor support.
Led by CEO Alex Gorbansky, Docurated allows users to find and use the exact and most relevant page, paragraph, slide, or chart they need, without opening a single file or folder, regardless of where it is stored.
It is used by technology, consumer goods, publishing and professional services firms.
