Easy Ice, a Plains, Michigan-based provider of commercial ice machines, raised $20m in funding.
The round was led by Saratoga Investment Corp., with participation from unnamed private investors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow in 2014.
Led by John Mahlmeister, CMO, and Mark Hangen, CEO, Easy Ice provides a subscription service nationally which features Hoshizaki ice machines, repairs, maintenance, water filters, cleanings, and replacement ice.
