Infogr.am, a Riga, Latvia-based provider of an infographics platform, raised €1.34m in funding.
ArticStartup reported that backers included Point Nine Capital, Connect Ventures and HackFwd.
The company intends to use the funds to expand in the USA and increase its marketing and sales efforts.
Launched in February 2012 by Uldis Leiterts, Raimonds Kaze, Alise Semjonova, Infogr.am provides an application to make infographics and charts, place them in articles and blog posts and share with friends.
1 million users have created over a million infographics on the platform.
