Vc firm Mayfield closed a $108m venture capital fund focused on India.
Mayfield India II will be dedicated on providing early-stage venture capital in India by investing between $2m and $8m in companies targeting the infrastructure sector, tech and tech-enabled services and the consumer middle class.
Managed by Navin Chaddha, Vikram Godse, and James Beck, and advised by MF Advisors, including member Nikhil Khattau, Mayfield has already invested in India in Amagi Media, Centum Learning, Genesis Colors, India Property, Matrimony.com, Securens Systems, Sohanlal Commodity Management, Tejas Networks, and The Beer Café.
