ClearStory Data Raises $21M in Series B Funding

clearstory_logo_whiteClearStory Data, a Palo Alto, CA-based provider of a data intelligence platform, raised $21m in Series B funding.

The round was led by new investor DAG Ventures, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Google Ventures, Khosla Ventures and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB). Shona Brown, former Google SVP, joined the company’s Board of Directors, in connection with the funding.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations.

Led by CEO Sharmila Mulligan, ClearStory provides a data intelligence platform for people across organizations to access disparate internal and external data, automate data harmonization and enable fast exploration and rich collaborative analysis.
