Inbox Health LLC, a Madison, CT-based develops software that simplifies doctor-patient communication, with an initial focus on digital bill delivery and acceptance of payments online, received an up to $150k investment.
Connecticut Innovations made the investment via its pre-seed fund.
The company intends to use the funds to continue product development and market rollout.
Co-founded by Simon Kaluza and Blake Walker, Inbox Health is developing software that automates patient billing while monitoring patient interaction with the bill and facilitating the payment through debit, credit or bitcoin transactions.
Healthcare providers have access to in-depth analytics, providing insights into patient interaction with bills and payments.
