NetLex, a Rome, Itay-based provider of a legal practice management software, closed a €300k financing round.
Backers included Filas (€210k), LVenture group (€49k) two angel investors and Roberto Magnifico, who is the CFO of the company.
The company intends to use the funds to to ramp up marketing efforts and further develop its platform.
Led by Giorgio Pallocca, CEO, Fabrizio Giammatteo, CTO and Magnifico, NetLex provides SaaS legal practice management platform which offers digital tools to manage docs, clients, counterparts, hearings, payments, invoices, deadlines, parcels, an agenda/calendar.
It also provides an analytics service to monitor the performance of the activity of the law firm.
The company had raised an initial seed of €30k in April 2013 (read here).
