The round was led by Kickstart Seed Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to expand the team and the business.
Led by Zach Olson, CEO and founder, Tax Alli provides small business owners with an online platform for routine accounting needs.
It features modules for tax preparation, planning, bookkeeping, year round consulting and audit support.
