Bouju, a Los Angeles, CA-based provider of enterprise brand protection software, closed a funding of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by Amidi Group via its early-stage venture capital firm.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow global sales.
Led by President and CEO David Razavi, Bouju provides a solution that allows high profile brands to manage the problems of global intellectual property protection. It uses smart, cloud-based analytic software to help customers focus global brand enforcement efforts, saving investigation fees and legal costs. Its search technology assesses brand threats worldwide and across languages, visualizing data into a customized analytics dashboard for brands to quickly determine the root sources of online traffic diversion and infringements. Its proprietary algorithms identify web traffic as well as the monetary impact of each unauthorized domain or listing, allowing users to quantify damage, prioritize infringements, and take protective actions.
