Brightpearl, a San Francisco, CA- and Bristol, UK-based provider of a retail management system, raised $10m in funding.
The round was led by new investor MMC Ventures, with participation from Quayle Munro and existing investors Eden Ventures and Notion Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate investment in its platform, and sales expansion.
Led by Salman Malik, chief executive officer, Brightpearl provides a cloud-based multi-channel retail management system that integrates orders, inventory, accounting, reporting and customer data.
Its Commerce Acceleration Platform also provides real-time reports on inventory, cash flow, profitability by SKU and channel, customer purchase behavior, etc.
Brightpearl is integrated with a variety of sales channels including Magento, eBay, Bigcommerce, Shopify and Amazon.
