Dean Evans & Associates Inc., a Denver, CO-based provider of facility scheduling and event management software, received a strategic growth investment from JMI Equity.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the proceeds and the expertise of JMI Equity to continue to innovate and grow its offering.
Founded in 1986 by Dean Evans, CEO, Dean Evans & Associates provides a full suite of meeting and event scheduling, resource management, academic scheduling, shared workspace management (office “hoteling”), web calendaring and online registration/survey solutions.
The suite is used by more than 4,000 organizations in over 75 countries including many Fortune 100 companies and other corporations, higher education institutions, law firms, conference centers, religious organizations, hospitals, cultural venues and sports facilities.
