The company intends to use the funds to further refine its suite of technologies that promotes clinical productivity and collaboration.
Led by Chuck French, CEO, George McNulty, president and CTO, and Amy Factor, senior vice president, HES provides Uniphy, a cloud-based platform that combines social media, targeted content, performance metrics, and messaging to enable organizations with multiple facilities, recently combined clinical populations, and community physicians to improve their information and communication needs.
The company plans to complete its next round of financing in the third quarter of this year with the expectation of generating an additional $2m.
