InsideSales.com, a Provo, Utah, cloud-based sales acceleration technology company, closed a $100m Series C financing.
The round was led by Polaris Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB) with participation from Acadia Woods, EPIC Ventures, salesforce.com and Zetta Venture Partners, previous investors Hummer Winblad and U.S. Venture Partners and individual investor Fraser Bullock, managing director at Sorenson Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its portfolio of technology solutions for salespeople, and enter new geographic markets.
Led by CEO and founder Dave Elkington, InsideSales.com offers a comprehensive sales acceleration platform, which features communications for immediate response, gamification for sales motivation, predictive analytics for lead prioritization, and data visualization for an immersive experience with sales data. Its software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions are used by more than 1,000 customers, including large enterprise organizations like Fidelity, Microsoft, Groupon, McGraw-Hill and Marketo.
