Tradier, a Charlotte, NC-based provider of a financial services cloud, raised $3.1m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Devonshire Investors, with participation from existing angel investors. In conjunction with the funding, David Jegen, a managing director at Devonshire Investors, joined Tradier’s’board.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development, and grow developer adoption.
Led by Dan Raju, Co-Founder and CEO, Tradier provides trading APIs and a cloud-native brokerage platform for developers to build stock market and trading apps. The company’s solution features a set of fully-hosted APIs, modules and “out of the box” tools that are leveraged by an ecosystem of platform providers.
