Amware Logistics Services, an Eagle, CO-based provider of third-party warehousing and fulfillment solutions, received an minority equity investment from Rotunda Capital Partners, a lower-middle-market private equity investment firm.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The company intends to use the proceeds for organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.
Led by Vincent Gulisano, who will become CEO of the company, and John McAlpin, Rotunda Capital operating executive who will become chief operating officer, Amware Logistics Services is a third-party logistics and order fulfillment provider for a wide variety of industries throughout North America.
It operates over 2 million square feet of warehouse space through nine facilities located across the United States and Toronto, Canada.
