Halo Neuroscience, a San Francisco, CA-based maker of wearable technology that increase brain activity, raised $1.5m in funding.
The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and SoftTech VC with participation from Kima Ventures, Fabrice Grinda and Josh Hannah.
Led by Dr. Daniel Chao, Chief Executive Officer, Halo Neuroscience is developing wearable technology (headband) which employs a range of noninvasive, low energy, battery operated stimulation modalities that work on the nervous system to boost cognition.
