CloudHealth Technologies, a Boston, MA-based developer of IT service management for the cloud, secured a $3.2m extension of its Series A funding round.
The round, which now totals $7.7m, was led by existing investors .406 Ventures and Sigma Prime Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds for customer growth, platform enhancements, expansion of services and increased hiring efforts tied to sales and engineering.
Led by CEO and Co-founder Dan Phillips, CloudHealth provides enterprises and service providers with an integrated platform that aggregates, correlates, and analyzes data from disparate data sources to give a comprehensive view of their entire cloud environment, enabling them to align cloud operations with business objectives.
The company currently has more than 50 of Amazon’s largest customers, including companies such as Acquia, Cloudera, Sumo Logic, Amtrak and Ziff Davis.
