ProjectManager.com, an Auckland, New Zealand-based provider of online project management software for professionals, raised $3.5m in Series A funding.
The company intends to use the funds to build out sales and marketing presence in the United States.
The round was led by New Zealand’s Zeus Management Limited.
Led by Jason Westland, CEO, ProjectManager.com provides project management software with social, video, mobile and content features to enable collaboration while managing, tracking and organizing projects.
The company has approximately 15,000 users around the world and roughly 150,000 people using its mobile app.
Customers include Volvo, IFMA, Kantar, the United Nations and NASA, among others.
ProjectManager.com’s board of directors comprises:
– Guy Haddleton, co-founder of San Francisco-based Anaplan,
– Herb Hunt, former longtime IBM executive and director of Wynyard Group; and
– Graham Shaw, director of San Francisco-based Xero.
