Review Trackers, Inc., a Chicago, IL-based cloud software review management platform, completed a $2m funding.
The round was led by CSA Partners with participation from American Family Ventures, Jeff Rusinow, and SymphonyAlpha Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow.
Founded by Chris Campbell and launched in January 2013, Review Trackers provides small businesses, franchises, and independent service providers such as restaurants, car dealerships, and doctors with a software platform to track, generate, and analyze consumer-generated reviews.
The company’s proprietary online/social review management technology compiles and constantly updates consumer experiences via a comprehensive inventory of popular review forums (OpenTable, Foursquare, TripAdvisor) as well as smaller niche customer feedback sites, so businesses can field/address customers, manage online reputations, and leverage insights.
Review Trackers currently employs 14 people.
