LifeNexus, a San Francisco, CA-based healthcare technology company, closed a Series A funding round of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by Camden Partners with participation from Cambia Health Solutions and Mosaic Health Solutions, Inc.
Led by David R. Strand, Chief Executive Officer, LifeNexus has created iChip, a mobile platform that delivers personalized health information and analytics to consumers and their doctors. It delivers consumer-controlled health information that is automatically updated and presented at the point of care allowing health plans to improve quality metrics like Star ratings and HEDIS measures, risk score coding, member engagement and satisfaction rates.
