NewVoiceMedia, a London, UK-based cloud contact centre vendor, secured $50m in a Series E round of funding.
The round was led by new investor Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV) with participation from existing shareholders Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP), Highland Capital Partners Europe, Eden Ventures, Notion Capital and salesforce.com. In conjunction with the funding, John Rosenberg will assume a position on NewVoiceMedia’s board of directors.
The company, which has raised $105m over the last 18 months, intends to use the funds to accelerate international expansion, develop its cloud solutions and strengthen its infrastructure, sales, marketing and professional services capability in North America, APAC and EMEA.
Led by Jonathan Gale, CEO, NewVoiceMedia provides a cloud customer contact platform that integrates with Salesforce to connect organizations with their customers worldwide, enabling them to deliver a personalized experience and drive a more effective sales and marketing team.
The company now serves more than 13,000 agents in 40 countries on five continents, including Parcelforce, QlikView, DPD, Topcon Positioning Systems and Truphone.
