OmPrompt, an Oxford, UK-based provider of a customer automation management platform, raised £2.5m in funding.
Albion Ventures made the investment and joined Shackleton Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds for sales, marketing and strategic partnerships with BPOs/BPMs (business process outsourcing/management) amongst others.
Led by CEO John Wakeman, OmPrompt provides a customer automation management platform for consumer goods, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and logistics industries.
Customers include Arla, Bacardi, British Sugar, CEVA, DB Schenker, Heinz, Kellogg’s, Kimberly-Clark, Medtronic, Smiths Medical, Stryker, Reckitt Benckiser and Unilever.
