SimpleReach Closes $9.0M Series A Financing

simplereach-logoSimpleReach, a New York-based provider of content measurement and distribution platform, closed a $9.0m Series A financing round.

The round was led by MK Capital with participation from Atlas Venture, Village Ventures and High Peaks Venture Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Kirk Wolfe from MK Capital will join SimpleReach’s board.

The company intends to use the funds to invest in technology and grow operations.

Founded in 2010 by CEO Edward Kim, Eric Lubow and Russell Bradberry, SimpleReach provides content creators with a platform to amplify the right content to targeted audiences across channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Outbrain, Nativo, StumbleUpon and TripleLift. The solution works with publishers such as The New York Times, Forbes, The Huffington Post and The Atlantic, Fortune 500 companies including Intel and Xerox, as well as startups and mid-sized marketers.
