Threadflip, a San Francisco, CA-based fashion marketplace for women, raised $13m in a Series B funding.
The round was led by Norwest Venture Partners with participation from existing investors Baseline Ventures, First Round Capital, and Shasta Ventures.
The company, which has raised $21m to date, will use the funds to scale business operations.
Founded in 2012 by CEO Manik Singh and CTO Jeff Shiau, Threadflip is a social marketplace for buying, selling, and discovering fashion items. Users can upload images of pieces and sell clothing, shoes, bags, and jewelry they no longer wear. A service allows sellers to receive a box to send in their unused items.
