tuul, a Santa Cruz, CA-based provider of a workflow communication service, closed a $1.7m seed funding round.
The round was led by Greycroft Partners with participation from Raine Group, Streamlined Ventures, as well as unnamed media and tech angel investors.
Led by Toby Corey and Wayne Tsuchitani, tuul is building a a secure OTT (over-the-top content) text message based in situ workflow application that aims to simplify interactions between businesses and consumers.
