Entefy, Inc., a Palo Alto, CA-based developer of a communication platform, raised an additional amount of funding bringing the total to $5.25m.
The company intends to use the funds to launch the beta release of its debut product.
Led by CEO Alston Ghafourifar, Entefy is building an intelligent communication platform. ATUM (Adaptive Threading Universal Messenger) allows users to bring together all of their conversations, files, and friends in one smart application with dynamic messaging, multi-protocol threading, and universal search.
Built for the Internet of Things, ATUM is designed to work across any smart device.
In addition to the funding, former CEO of NYSE Euronext, Duncan Niederauer, and former Chairman and CEO of Xilinx, Willem “Wim” Roelandts, were named to its Board of Directors.
