MinuteBuzz, a French entertainment media company, raised €1m in funding.
The round was led by Seventure Partners, which became a minority shareholder.
The company intends to use the funds to continue its investment in innovative formats with many brands including EDF, Oasis, Airbnb and for new technological
platforms and automation tools focused on native advertisement and viral brand content.
Led by Laure Lefevre and Maxime Barbier, MinuteBuzz provides news content online and on mobile phones. It has over 8 million monthly readers, of which more than 40% are via mobiles. Over 70% of the traffic comes from social networks and more than 700,000 articles about the entertainment world are shared monthly.
