According to an SEC Form D filing, Boston, MA-based venture capital firm OpenView Venture Partners is in the process of raising its fourth fund.
The targeted amount of OpenView Venture Partners IV, L.P. was not listed disclosed.
The firm focuses on backing software and technology companies in the expansion stage. It invests around the world and also offer global expansion assistance (financial, strategic, operational and practical support) to companies both inside and outside of North America.
