easyProperty, a London, UK-based provider of individually priced property services, raised £1.325m in seed funding.
329 backers acquired a 1.98% equity stake in the company via Crowdcube.
The company intends to use the funds for marketing launch and continued product development.
Founded by Sir Stelios and Robert Ellice, easyProperty.com is set to launch in the UK in September 2014, initially focusing on lettings before expanding their offering to sales in the summer of 2015 and then expanding internationally across Europe. Once established in sales and lettings, the company intends to move into commercial property, room rentals, new builds and auctions – forming a European wide shop for property services for sales and lettings of all property types.
The platform offers individual services for every stage of the letting or sale process: advertising on leading property portals, professional photography, tenancy agreements, accompanied viewings, as well as value-added services such as: mortgages, insurance and conveyancing.
