Frank & Oak Closes $15M Series B Funding

frank&oakFrank & Oak, a New York-based menswear brand, closed a $15m Series B funding.

The round was led by Goodwater Capital with participation from Greenoaks Capital, Investment Quebec, Rho Canada Ventures, Real Ventures, Version One Ventures, Lightbank and Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments. In addition, Howard Starr, former president and CEO of Tommy Hilfiger International, joined Frank & Oak’s board of advisors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations (it has opened a new office in New York City) and further invest in new product categories and cross-channel technologies.

Led by Ethan Song, co-founder and CEO, Frank & Oak is a menswear brand for the creative generation which designs, manufactures, and sells premium clothing and accessories through frankandoak.com. It also leverages technology and data to deliver content-driven shopping experiences to customers on the web, mobile (over 225,000 downloads across its iOS and Android apps) and in-store.
The company has a community of over 1.5 million members and is currently hiring.
