HoneyBook, a San Francisco, CA-based experience planning platform, raised $10m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Aleph VC with participation from Hillsven VC, Ev Williams, James Currier and Stan Chudnovsky of Ooga Labs, Naval Ravikant of AngelList, Ben Ling of Khosla Ventures, Michael Birch of Bebo, and Ben Narasin.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop the platform and expand operations.
Founded in 2013 by Oz Alon, CEO, HoneyBook is an invite-only platform that allows creative businesses – from event planners to photographers and florists – to collaborate with their clients to plan experiences on a customizable dashboard.
Currently in beta, the platform streamlines users’ ability to transact payments, make logistical decisions and exchange suggestions with their clients and colleagues.
The company is hiring.
