Ometria, a London, UK-based ecommerce intelligence startup, secured $500k in funding.
Backers included Andreas Andreou, Luke Aviet, James Bromley, David Cummings, Kiyan Foroughi, Henry and George Graham, Jack Graham, Tobin Ireland, Adam Knight, Wulfric Light-Wilkinson, Alasdair McPherson, Alicia Navarro, Nick Roveta, SaatchInvest, James Ski, Joe Stepniewski. In conjunction with the funding, Ali Mitchell, co-founder and CEO of Huddle, joined Ometria’s board.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the development of its platform.
Led by Ivan Mazour, Co-Founder and CEO, Ometria provides a SaaS platform which helps retailers understand the data generated by customer interactions and transactions and enables them to better target existing – and attract new – customers. The solution is compatible with commonly-used ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify and Hybris.
Customers include Swoon Editions, Bench, Charlotte Tilbury and John Smedley.
