15 Five, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a team feedback platform, raised $2.2m in follow-on seed funding.
Backers included existing investor Point Nine Capital, as well as new investors Matrix Partners, Simon Sinek, and JustFab CEO Adam Goldenberg.
The company, which has now raised $3.8m in total funding, intends to use the capital to expand its marketing and sales efforts and increase its customer base and hire staff at its headquarters.
Founded in 2011 by David Hassell, CEO, 15Five provides a team feedback platform that promotes conversation among employees, who answer a few open-ended questions covering a range of topics including productivity, innovation, culture and morale, and managers, who can access to qualitative business intelligence to stay informed, strengthen culture.
It is used by over 1,000 companies in more than 100 countries, including Warby Parker, Quirky, JustFab, and ShoreTel.
