Azuqua Raises $5M in Series A Funding

azuqua_logoAzuqua, Inc., a Seattle, WA-based provider of a cloud-based connectivity platform, raised $5m in Series A funding from Ignition Venture Partners.

In conjunction with the funding, John Connors, managing partner at Ignition Venture Partners, is joining Azuqua’s board.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development and make strategic hires.

Led by Nikhil Hasija, co-founder and CEO, Azuqua enables users to create business processes for sales, marketing, support and other functions spanning multiple cloud services. With a web-based visual designer, users can combine a library of functions with over 40 mainstream cloud services to construct business processes that include conditional logic, sentiment analysis and text manipulation.
Processes include integrating HubSpot and Salesforce.com for lead management, and monitoring social networks to integrate with CRM systems.
The company is a graduate of the TechStars program.
