Infusionsoft, a Chandler, AZ-based sales and marketing software provider for small businesses, raised $55m in Series D growth funding.
The round was led by Bain Capital Ventures with participation from existing investors Signal Peak Ventures, Goldman Sachs, Arthur Ventures and Allure Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Deepak Sindwani, a Partner at Bain Capital Ventures, will join Infusionsoft’s board of directors.
The company, which raised a total of $125m, intends to use the funds for further product development and commercial expansion.
Led by Clate Mask, co-founder and CEO, Infusionsoft provides sales and marketing software for small businesses to get organized and grow sales. The company, which has more than 600 employees, serves more than 25,000 customers and 87,000 users in 100 countries.
