OnDeck, the NYC-based online platform for small business lending, filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.
The venture and debt-backed company has applied to list its stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ONDK.”
The number of shares to be sold and the price range and timing for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch will act as joint lead book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters for the offering.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Jefferies LLC are acting as book-running managers while Raymond James & Associates, Inc., Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated and Needham & Company, LLC are acting as co-managers.
