SelfieJobs, a Stockholm, Sweden-based job search service, raised $1m in funding.

The round was led by angel investor Jan-Eric Ramberg.

The company will use the funds for product development and hiring of new people (read here).

Led by Martin Tall, CEO and founder, Selfiejobs has just launched a platform that allows job seekers and employers quickly find each other via smartphones.It uses short video presentations of both job seekers and employers, as well as different techniques for matching.

The service is free for job seekers.
