Avekshaa Technologies, a Bangalore, Karnataka, India-based provider of specialized IT solutions, received an investment of undisclosed amount from Kitven (Karnataka IT Venture Capital Fund).
The transaction valued the company at $8m.
Co-founded by Rajinder Gandotra, CEO, Arun Ramu, and Ashutosh Shinde, Avekshaa Technologies provides IT predictability and assurance solutions to BFSI and Telecom verticals. It offers the “DigComP-A-S-S™: Avekshaa Digital Commerce P-A-S-S™ ((Performance, Assurance, Scalability & Security) Assurance Solution”, a specialized product that aims to enable ecommerce, retail and other enterprises with high volume digital commerce transactions to address IT performance and scalability issues.
The company intends to use the funds to expand in the US and Australian markets and strengthen its presence in India.
