The Center for Innovative Technology, the nonprofit corporation focused on innovation and entrepreneurship growth in Virginia, and the MACH37™ Cyber Accelerator hosted over 100 investors at its third Demo Day to hear pitches from entrepreneurs of 12 cybersecurity startups.
Guests included accredited investors representing venture capital firms, technology companies and angel groups from the Washington, D.C. region and east coast.
Launched in 2013 by the Center for Innovative Technology, in Herndon, Virginia, and led by Rick Gordon, Managing Partner, MACH37™ is an accelerator for information security entrepreneurs and startups.
Presenters included seven startups graduated from the MACH37™ Fall Cohort creating innovations in several critical areas of security, including messaging cryptography, cloud-based security, encryption, incident response and simulation. They were:
